I’m Violet! Allow me to introduce you to your stomach’s new favorite place. I started Violet Cooks Things in January of 2021, after deciding to cut gluten out of my diet to help manage my chronic gut issues. It was a daunting transition at first but I’ve always been a foodie and I was committed to making the best out of my new dietary restrictions.
What began as a way to cope with my new diet, has turned into a true passion for gluten-free cooking and baking that I’m so excited to share with you. Here you’ll find plenty of cozy and comforting meals, along with some seriously drool worthy desserts. I hope you’re hungry!
